BURA celebrates its 10th anniversary today!!

Ten years ago Marco Broekman registered ‘marco.broekman’ at the Chamber of Commerce. The office evolved into ‘BURA’ in 2020 with Floris van der Zee joining as partner. In these ten years we made big steps in creating sustainable urban environments in the Netherlands and abroad.

We worked and are working on multiple leading area developments like Merwede, Hembrug, Binckhorst, Rijnpark, Pampus and Europapark, but also innovative design by research like The Productive City, Flex Test ROC, Landschapspark Zuidvleugel and Post-Growth City. We are looking forward to realise our ambitions in the next ten years. In 2025 we will launch some special anniversary events so watch our socials!
