Start area vision Schaarsbergen
BURA has been selected to create an area vision for the village of Schaarsbergen, Arnhem. The Area Vision is drawn up together with, and on behalf of, the Schaarsbergen Village Council, through an interactive process. We see this assignment as a special opportunity to contribute to both the landscape and the village community. Together we want to look for a development perspective that identifies future challenges, takes the needs of residents into account and respects the natural and amenity value of the landscape.
The area vision must record the values and qualities of Schaarsbergen and explain development opportunities, with the perspective of residents and entrepreneurs central. It offers the village council tools to proactively respond to developments coming to the village. And serves as a starting point for discussions with other stakeholders in the area, including the Ministry of Defense/National Real Estate Agency, the Municipality of Arnhem and the Province of Gelderland.
