Corpus den Hoorn-Zuid area vision adopted by the municipal council!

On Wednesday, October 4, our area vision for the Corpus den Hoorn-Zuid business park was adopted by the municipal council.
This opens the way for densification and upgrading of this industrial estate in the south of Groningen.

There has been a strong growth in activity and jobs here in recent years. The area vision helps to accelerate this growth and provides guidance for qualitative improvement, sustainability and intensification of the area.

In addition to working, it will also be possible to live more in the long term and there will be room for supporting facilities. This mixture of functions has added value for the liveliness of the area and we see it as a positive development.

Together with the municipality, we are currently working on the next steps in this process.
